For this unique evening, the Brigade de 21reves will join the L'Olivier team for an exceptional culinary duo: together, they will introduce you to their expertise through more than a dozen refined and gourmet gastronomic workshops, set up by the pool.

More than a dozen different, refined and gourmet workshops will be offered.

The menu starts at 7:30 p.m. :

Single rate of €48 per person for free access to all workshops.

Child rate: €25 for children up to 12 years old.

Reservations are strongly recommended.

From 9:30 p.m.:

Cocktails, dancing, and free admission to extend the evening in a friendly and festive atmosphere.

A morning with Chef Christophe Pulizzi IMMERSION IN THE KITCHENS OF L'OLIVIER

WEDNESDAY OR SATURDAY:
Experience a half-day in the shoes of a chef! Arrive at 8:00 a.m. at the Sévan Parc Hotel for a welcome coffee.

Departure at 8:30 a.m. with the chef, heading to the farmers' market to select the day's produce. Return to the Olivier restaurant and set up the service. Immerse yourself in the world of gastronomy with the Olivier team.

At 12:30 p.m., service ends for you; it's time for lunch at the chef's table in the heart of the kitchen and discover the "discovery" menu.

Experience a unique moment behind the scenes at the Olivier THE MASTERCLASS OF THE OLIVE GROWTH

Every Wednesday afternoon, spend 2.5 hours with Chef Christophe Pulizzi, in the heart of his kitchen, learning how to make a recipe based on a chosen theme.

Under his guidance, you'll work on your techniques: shaping, modeling... the art of cooking.

And proudly leave with your own creation

Annual running race THE SEVANAS

Every year, on May 1st, the Sévan Parc Hôtel hosts the annual running race: the Sévanaise!

Around 500 runners start from the Sévan Parc Hôtel car park for 2 courses, the 8 km and the 15 km for the bravest!

In 2025, we are organizing the 11th edition!

You have the possibility to book at the hotel in order to stay there during the public holiday weekend and run if you feel like it, on May 1st.

A gourmet refreshment is organized on the hotel terrace from 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., beers, oysters and meals on the program.
