WEDNESDAY OR SATURDAY:
Experience a half-day in the shoes of a chef! Arrive at 8:00 a.m. at the Sévan Parc Hôtel, for a welcome coffee.
Departure at 8:30 a.m. with the chef, heading to the producers' market to choose the products of the day. Return to the Olivier restaurant and set up the service. Immerse yourself in the world of gastronomy, with the Olivier team.
12:30 p.m. end of service for you, it's time to have lunch at the chef's table in the heart of the kitchen and discover the "discovery" menu.
