Christophe Pulizzi has been the chef of the restaurant l'Olivier since October 2022. He offers an unprecedented culinary journey to his guests, around his signature dishes but above all with blind menus.
The 5-step discovery menu allows you to choose only fish or meat, you must obviously inform the chef of your allergies but for everything else you let the chef guide you. It goes through several services, to make you discover products, flavors that you do not know!

The Olivier restaurant has thus reinvented itself around the proposals of its new chef!
