Christophe Pulizzi, chef of the Olivier restaurant, Maître Restaurateur. At just 25 years old, he took office on October 3, 2022.

He is betting on elaborate cuisine like in a gourmet restaurant (mixture of flavors, several dishes, food & wine pairings), but at prices accessible. The goal is to introduce new flavors to its customers and surprise them, it centers its offer around a blind menu .

He wants to discover his gastronomic world through a unique culinary journey

Discover the secrets of the gastronomy of our beautiful region during a special day at the Sevan Parc Hôtel.

Christophe Pulizzi has been the chef of the restaurant l'Olivier since October 2022. He offers an unprecedented culinary journey to his guests, around his signature dishes but above all with blind menus. 

The 5-step discovery menu allows you to choose only fish or meat, you must obviously inform the chef of your allergies but for everything else you let the chef guide you. It goes through several services, to make you discover products, flavors that you do not know! 

The experience menu is in 6 stages with fish and meat. You can thus discover all the extents of the culinary journey that the chef offers you.

The Olivier restaurant has thus reinvented itself around the proposals of its new chef!
