The restaurant “L’Olivier” has a new chef: Christophe Pulizzi. At just 25, he took office on October 3.
He is betting on a cuisine worked as in a gourmet restaurant (mixture of flavors, several dishes, food & wine pairings), but at affordable prices. The goal is to introduce new flavors to its customers and surprise them, it centers its offer around a blind menu.
